Job Description

You will be part of the Commercial Operations team and reporting to the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Admin Assistant and Technicians
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance works at buildings as assigned
  • Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works at buildings as assigned
  • Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations ( A&A ) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
  • Manage contractors’ performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
  • Creation of Purchase orders in SAP
  • Provide term contractors’ performance evaluation regularly
  • Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings as assigned
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team ( i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc )
  • Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and marketing request promptly
  • Assist the Centre Manager/Operations Manager in liaising with external parties on matters relating to the building
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical/Electrical )/ Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
  • Strong building knowledge with preferably 2-3 years' relevant building management experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
  • Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required
