Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance customer relationships and manage CRM activities effectively.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and sustained satisfaction.

  • Conduct service training sessions to promote customer‑first practices and improve operational service standards.
CRM & Event Coordination
  • Oversee CRM activities ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and support customer engagement initiatives, including roadshows, appreciation events, and partnership activations.
  • Coordinate CRM initiatives and data management for the company.
  • Track competitor pricing and market developments to support marketing strategies and maintain competitive offerings.
Requirements
