Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow‑ups to ensure seamless service experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and sustained satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Strengthen the company’s online reputation through active management of Google reviews and customer feedback programs.
- Conduct service training sessions to promote customer‑first practices and improve operational service standards.
CRM & Event Coordination
- Oversee CRM activities ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement across all touchpoints.
- Plan and support customer engagement initiatives, including roadshows, appreciation events, and partnership activations.
- Coordinate CRM initiatives and data management for the company.
- Track competitor pricing and market developments to support marketing strategies and maintain competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or CRM, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry.
- Strong track record in managing customer relationships and resolving service‑related matters effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented, and results‑driven with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
