The school now has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive, Communications to join our Communications team.

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive, Communications strengthens communication standards across the school and directly improves staff and parent experience. The role builds clear systems, reduces noise, ensures alignment across channels, and uses Voice of Parent (VOP) insights to drive meaningful improvements in parent sentiment. They are our lead writer and approver of communications from the School to key audiences (teachers, parents and on occasion students).

Position Requirements
  • 4-6 years’ experience in communications, internal communications or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong writing and written editing skills for varied internal audiences
  • Experience building communication workflows or governance frameworks
  • Ability to coach and influence colleagues at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan across multiple channels and timelines
  • Confident working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with tone-of-voice frameworks and change communication
  • Customer Experience mindset and track record
  • Comfortable using publishing tools or email platforms
