Job Description

The Senior Executive is responsible for planning and managing the care integration projects driven by Primary Care & Clinical Networks. The role supports Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives across SingHealth DOT Primary Care Network clinics through planning, coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include extracting and analysing clinic and patient-level data, facilitating the implementation of QI interventions, supporting digital QI tools, tracking outcomes, and preparing materials for presentations or conferences. The position also requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve operational or data-related issues, and maintain proper documentation.

Your job roles will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of Quality ImprovementQI) initiatives across SingHealth Delivering on Target (DOT) Primary Care Network (PCN) clinics.
  • Engage clinics to communicate QI interventions, address operational queries and facilitate adoption of improvement initiatives.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation of QI initiatives by tracking outcomes, analysing trends, data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of QI slides, abstracts and posters for conferences and knowledge‑sharing platforms.
  • Coordinate communications to ensure alignment on QI initiatives, timelines and expectations.
  • Coordinate submissions and updates related to QI programmes with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, Political Sciences or Humanities with at least 5 years of working experience would be an advantage. Nursing / patient service / healthcare background will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
