Job description
Key Responsibilities

You will assist in ensuring that the Engineering department meet the required standards of quality, safety and compliance. This is done so by improving and establishing procedures to measure, monitor and improve current standard operating procedure for safety and quality compliance with external and internal regulations, standards and policies.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Aid continuous improvement of maintenance quality by implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
  • Apply tools and technology platforms to perform monitoring activities.
  • Assess and ensure corrective and preventive maintenance to meet safety and quality specification requirements.
  • Assist in analyzing quality assessment reports to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Assist in quality monitoring data management to compile and track performance.
  • Document and keep records of inspections in compliance with quality procedures for internal and external audits.
  • Draft technical documents for review.
  • Escalate instances of non-compliance to team members.
  • Monitor vendors' compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in regular internal inspection planning.
  • Update quality documents related to tender, purchases and projects.
Key Requirement
  • Degree in Engineering-related discipline
