Responsibilities

• Support in designing and implementing proactive compensation strategies, reviewing compensation policies and payroll processes, and providing guidance to management on all compensation-related matters.
• Assist in developing and executing compensation policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leverage HRIS and analytical tools to extract, analyze and interpret data to generate reports.
• Prepare and present regular reports on compensation trends, payroll metrics and insights to senior leadership.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, concise reports and presentations, effectively communicating key findings and insights.
