You will lead engagements with major clients and help build a robust sales pipeline in a dynamic market. The role emphasizes ICAM-focused security solutions, channel partnerships, and close collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into signed deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years in IT software/services sales with banking/FSI/channel experience.
• Experience selling ICAM/identity security solutions is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong account management and channel sales track record.
• Familiarity with MNC culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Identity Management Application Security solutions across enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute sales and channel strategies to meet targets.
• Lead territory business development and pipeline growth.
• Engage directly with customers via executive alignment and channel partnerships.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to turn opportunities into deals.
• Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain CRM discipline.
