Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations.
• Demonstrated success in running large-scale, strategic accounts.
• Proficient in one of the languages used by customers in Asian markets highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the customer's post-sales transformation aligning ServiceNow’s offerings.
• Quarterback and lead the Impact Squad.
• Accountable for customer adoption and realization of value.
• Guiding customers on KPIs, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
