Job description

Responsibilities:

• Executive Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of client's KYC transformation, aligning regulatory (MAS), business, and technology objectives across multiple workstreams.
• Large-Scale Program Governance: Manage multi-million-dollar programs covering budgets, timelines, vendors, and senior stakeholders across compliance, technology, and operations.
• Strategic Business & Functional Leadership: Drive business architecture, target-state design, and operating model transformation for next-generation KYC platforms, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and global AML/KYC standards.
• Vendor, Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Partner with global vendors, internal IT, and business leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Transformation Outcomes: Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, due diligence effectiveness, data quality, and client experience through automation and analytics.
