The Right Profile

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in conceptualizing and executing high impact products in the consumer space. To scale up successfully we need owner-mindset PMs who can figure out areas of opportunity and can drive projects with cross-functional teams. The SPM will work closely with key business stakeholders and leadership to shape the future of our products.

This role will focus on our Managed Portfolios product, which leverages the expertise of our advisory team to simplify investing for our users. Candidates with investment knowledge and prior experience of its application in wealth management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to create the next phase of growth in Syfe’s Managed Portfolios product, working closely with key business stakeholders.
  • Ideate and execute strategies and product roadmaps by analysing data, forming a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Lead and drive high value and innovative product initiatives with product design and engineering teams to ship high quality solutions for our users.
  • Evolve product processes and mentor teammates to drive best practices within the team.
  • And a million other things that PMs do.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of PM experience in digital consumer businesses.
  • Deep understanding of investing - whether through personal or prior professional experience.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship product features at a fast pace.
  • Experience in driving best UI/UX practices for digital consumer platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of transactional or wealth management systems.
  • Amazing interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
