Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy containerization infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for performance, availability, and security.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Establish container governance and security policies.
• Provide technical support and training to development teams.
• Develop DevOps strategies aligned with long-term platform goals.
• Optimise development, deployment, and operation processes.
• Foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Facilitate training and skill development for team autonomy.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
