Job summary

A health and eldercare service provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to oversee weekend operations and manage staff and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in senior daycare operations and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and supporting program delivery. This position requires proficiency in Google Workspace. A full-time role with a 5-day work week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in senior daycare operations, social service, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekend operations across all centres including logistics and setup.
• Supervise basic clinical compliance and liaise with Community Nurses.
• Prepare and manage weekend staff rosters and track attendance.
• Assist in weekly client attendance monitoring and onboarding.
• Support the planning and execution of weekend programs and activities.
