Overview

We are looking for Senior Software Consultant experience in Data Analysis in Qualtrics XM platform in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Bachelor or master degree in computer science/software engineering/IT/Engineering
• Proven working experience in data collection through research, coordinating data rules, monitoring performance metrics, analytical approaches, and driving actionable insights as well as telling an actionable story.
• Create Data flow and Architecture design through Qualtrics possible API, propose and implement data flow
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qualtrics XM, Confluence, Jira
• Build / update digital intercept, TextiQ, StatiQ etc and apply Qualtrics features after approval of data protection and privacy
• Professional services for internal customer projects (website / Apps) measuring experience and creating insights by combining behavioural data (B-Data), operational data (O-Data), and experience data (X-Data)
• API integration and proficiency in creating and troubleshooting technical workflows (min. 3 years’ experience)
• Implementing and managing XM technologies for customer, users, products, and services experience particularly in Qualtrics XM implementations.
• Write user stories in Jira based on the agreed breakdown of work with the XM lead
• Capability of executing projects independently from start until the end
• Experienced with software such as Power BI
• Familiarity of customer research, journey mapping, personas and how to set up KPIs

Qualifications
