Job description

Overview

• Build multi-dimensional business metrics (user, traffic, conversion, revenue), define North Star metric, and deliver dashboards/reports covering 80% of daily data needs
• Monitor core data daily, conduct anomaly analysis, and establish intelligent monitoring frameworks to quickly identify issues
• Support strategy design for user acquisition and engagement by quantifying user behaviors and identifying key growth opportunities
• Optimize app features and traffic funnels through A/B testing to enhance overall user lifetime value (LTV)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience, as a Senior Data Analyst or similar capacity
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Quick BI, etc
• Strong knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to engage key stakeholders across different markets
