Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical engagement with our enterprise customers. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through to adoption and expansion, partnering with Account Executives to craft tailored architectures.

In this quota-bearing role, you will use AI-augmented workflows to accelerate responses, deliver compelling demonstrations, and translate product capabilities into measurable business value for C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to bridge tech and business strategy.
• Language skill: bilingual in English and Cantonese for Hong Kong customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Own long-term technical relationship across lifecycle aligning goals with roadmap.
• Carry a variable quota and drive platform adoption and expansion.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks.
