• Proven experience in strategic account leadership or enterprise technical advisory.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account technical leadership: Own relationships and strategy for focused strategic customers; align plans to priorities.
• Executive and stakeholder partnership: Build trusted relationships with leaders; lead strategic discussions and reviews.
• Enterprise architecture and transformation: Design Cloudflare architectures and roadmaps for complex environments.
• Opportunity shaping and technical validation: Lead discovery, demos, PoCs, and resolve objections.
• Adoption, value realization, and risk: Coordinate internal teams to support deployment and track outcomes.
• Commercial outcomes and expansion: Connect adoption to renewal and cross-sell opportunities.
• Cross-functional orchestration and customer advocacy: Mobilize experts around priorities and share feedback.
• AI and workflow improvement: Use AI to improve research, documentation, and routine work.
• Enablement and reusable knowledge: Develop resources and lessons learned for strategic accounts.
