Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore is seeking an Enterprise Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategies as a trusted advisor and primary architect of the customer journey. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and full lifecycle expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset to white-board and articulate complex enterprise networks.
• Consultative skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineers and executives.
• Technical breadth across internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map infra to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, migrations, and act as lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
• Be commercially accountable for adoption, revenue retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor across onboarding to renewal, guiding architecture and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Educate internal teams and customers on SOPs and best practices.
