Seagate’s Legal Team is comprised of smart, diverse, motivated, and collaborative professionals situated across our global offices. We are a cross‑functional team with expertise in various legal specialties to assist the business in navigating complex legal and operating environments worldwide. Within the legal department, the Compliance and Ethics (C&E) team manages the compliance program and organizational structures for Seagate, focusing on key compliance areas such as trade compliance, anti‑bribery & anti‑corruption (ABAC), antitrust, data privacy, AI governance, and ESG reporting requirements. The team oversees essential elements of the program including reporting structures, training and awareness, policy development, regulatory tracking, adherence to international standards, and monitoring. We provide practical guidance and support to evaluate and resolve compliance matters, confirming business models and go‑to‑market practices incorporate compliance best practices. Our C&E team is committed to delivering excellent support to our internal business partners.
