About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products for government initiatives. In this role, you will translate policy and business needs into impactful, user-centric digital solutions, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams in an Agile environment

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from problem definition to release and continuous improvement
• Engage stakeholders and users to define problem statements and success metrics
• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs aligned to agency objectives
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery reviews
• Partner with design and engineering teams to build, test, and launch products
• Track outcomes, analyse data, and iterate to maximise product impact
• Support user adoption and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or digital delivery
• Proven ability to drive measurable business or service outcomes
• Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work independently in complex, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in government or regulated environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq
• Agile or product certifications (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master)
