A leading construction firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Director. The role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet cost, time, and quality standards. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for working with consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, coordinate and manage construction projects.

  • Responsible for initiating, planning, coordinating and managing projects
  • Involve in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation review, construction to handover
  • Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
  • Work with consultants to secure all necessary authorities’ approvals, planning and technical clearances
  • Lead, manage and coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and site team to deliver results
  • Other project management duties assigned
  • Possess good degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
  • Qualification must be recognized by PE Board.
  • Good team player with strong leadership skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
  • Minimum 8 years of Civil Engineering experience (with HDB, JTC, warehouse or high-rise building project experience)
