Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in construction accounting.
• Proven experience handling full sets of construction accounts.
• Knowledge of project-based accounting, WIP, retentions, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple construction projects.
• Monitor and forecast project and company cash flow.
• Prepare GST returns and supporting schedules for reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external parties.
• Maintain orderly accounting, project, and corporate records.
• Provide administrative and documentation support.
• Support process improvements and ensure accurate reporting.
