  • Conduct sensemaking exercises to deepen understanding of youth employment trends and challenges.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.
Requirements
  • Degree, Graduate Diploma, or Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program development and team supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Strong networking, partnership-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in community development will be an advantage.
