Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical area with 2 years of leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new clients' needs and oversee their care plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress.
  • Ensure smooth daily routines, including meals, activities, and client care.
  • Supervise and train care staff to provide quality care to clients, especially those with dementia.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement programs.
  • Oversee staff orientation, training, and performance.
  • Ensure staff are competent in providing care to clients.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure the center is safe and efficient.
  • Handle incidents involving staff, clients, or volunteers.
  • Coordinate billing and financial matters.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Work with the Cluster Lead to maintain financial stability of the centre.

Education
