Acquire new referring accounts from GP clinics, specialist practices, and medical groups for ASC usage.
Onboard and activate doctors/groups as regular users of the surgical centre.
Maintain monthly sales pipelines and conversion reports.
Track and manage monthly case volumes and rebate schemes with each referring doctor/group.
Ensure referral targets are met and referring accounts are retained with high satisfaction.
Promote MRI and CT imaging services to specialist clinics, medical groups, and allied health providers.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with referring doctors and clinics.
Achieve monthly sales targets (e.g., number of scans, revenue benchmarks).
Maintain and report usage metrics and client satisfaction levels.
Prepare and submit monthly sales and rebate tracking reports.
Monitor key account metrics such as volumes, revenue, and rebate performance.
Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure accurate tracking of referral performance and payouts.
Support marketing and outreach events (e.g., doctor CME talks, clinic visits, roadshows).
Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communications or related discipline with minimum 3 years’ working experience.
Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced environment.
