About the Role
BPG is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Professional Services organisation. This role is for a true hunter— someone who thrives on opening doors, building C-suite relationships, and converting opportunities into meaningful revenue.
You will play a key role in scaling BPG’s presence across Singapore, APAC, Middle East and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Pipeline Generation (Primary Responsibility)- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise clients (Singapore, SEA, ME, EU)
- Generate leads proactively via outreach, industry events, partners, and referrals
- Own the full sales cycle (from Opportunity to Closure)
- Develop winning proposals, pitch decks, and commercial packages
2. Client Engagement- Engage senior leaders (CEO, CHRO, COO, CPO, MDs) with confidence and credibility
- Conduct discovery conversations to diagnose problems and propose solutions
- Position BPG’s offerings clearly
3. Partnership Development- Leverage partnerships to drive joint opportunities
- Build relationships with Senior Leaders in Commercial, Supply Chain, Business Functions incl. HR, Strategy, Transformation, and Business Unit leaders
4. Revenue Accountability- Deliver quarterly revenue targets aligned to business priorities
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, and sales metrics
- Shape commercial strategy and identify new growth segments
Requirements
Must-Have
- 8–15 years of experience in professional services sales, ideally in:
- Consulting
- Leadership development / training
- Interim management / Executive search
- Digital transformation services
- Proven ability to generate high-value (50k–2m+) deals
- Strong hunter mindset — persistent, proactive, resilient
- Ability to sell to senior executives and articulate value clearly
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
- High accountability, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling to large enterprises in ASEAN, ME, EU
- Knowledge of strategy, operations, leadership, or transformation topics
- Exposure to consulting delivery
