Overview

We are seeking a proactive Mortgage Specialist to drive the growth of our individual mortgage portfolio. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently at showflats/events, and guiding customers through their home‑financing journey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property agents, brokers, and external partners to increase mortgage referrals.

  • Engage clients from marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries, and branch referrals.

  • Handle loan‑related enquiries and manage the full end‑to‑end mortgage application process.

  • Work independently at showflats, launches, and events, including occasional weekends or after‑hours.

  • Stay updated on property market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and conduct standards.


Requirements


  • Diploma in any discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience; mortgage experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with external partners and in fast‑paced environments.

  • Good understanding of the Singapore real estate and mortgage landscape is an advantage.
