Job summary

A leading precision engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience. The successful candidate will develop market entry strategies, manage client relationships, and understand client needs in precision engineering. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and a self-driven attitude are essential. This role requires representation at industry events to boost brand visibility. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Aviation MROs, precision engineering, specialty equipment manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to engage with engineers, technical managers, and senior management.

Job description
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies, focusing on Aviation MROs, aerospace component manufacturers, energy, and high-end precision engineering firms in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Independently prospect and develop new clients, build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the full cycle from proof-of-concept to commercial order.
  • Deeply understand client pain points regarding component fatigue life and surface treatment processes, collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Establish an initial network of local agents or channel partners.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to elevate the Koshin brand within the professional community.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development within industrial equipment, capital goods, or technical solutions.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in or serving: Aviation MROs (e.g., SIA Engineering, ST Aerospace), precision engineering, specialty equipment manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with engineers, technical managers, and senior management.
  • Essential "Hunter" Mentality: Self-driven, results-oriented, thrives on challenges and building from scratch in a startup environment.
