Responsibilities

• Execute Analyst Licensing processes for Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Support process owners in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Generate senior management reporting and ensure report accuracy.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor compliance with Singapore Third Party Register requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects for process enhancements.
