Senior Associate, Regional Wealth Continuum & Wealth Connectivity Client Assets Transformation, Consumer Banking Group - (WD80206)

Being part of the International Connectivity & Transformation Regional team in DBS Consumer Banking Group & Wealth Management (CBG/ Wealth), playing a pivotal role in shaping our strategy towards Global Wealth Management anchored in Wealth Continuum, Wealth Connectivity and Operating Model transformation.

As a Transformation professional, you are required to have a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business with experience in local or foreign universal banks or FinTech players playing in this space. You have demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-market cross-functional teams and work closely with key stakeholders across DBS network locations and business units to implement change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Re-design of client assets: Lead the re-design and deployment efforts of our customer facing assets (Public Web, Digital experience etc.) to elevate our Global Wealth Management capabilities and enhance discoverability
  • Support DBS brand elevation to Global Wealth Management: Ensure consistent messaging, look and feel across our internal assets across the network and Wealth Continuum and support key regional and in-market campaign launch
  • Customer value proposition (CVP): Support roll out of customer value propositions aligned to Wealth Continuum brand positioning and harmonisation across network locations
  • Customer journey design and tracking: Orchestrate key customer journeys with end to end tracking enabled, leveraging key customer-facing assets to drive account opening and deepening with customers
  • Project management: Manage and oversee strategic projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
  • Reporting: Prepare materials on a regular and ad-hoc basis outlining key campaign outcomes and pre and post client asset re-design
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in Wealth Management across DBS 6 core locations to support Wealth Connectivity buildout and client asset transformation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services with Wealth Management or Consumer Banking experience
  • Some knowledge of customer facing assets re-design and change management
  • Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, especially cross-border regulations
  • Good understanding of financial and wealth management products
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Mandarin capabilities to communicate with Greater China stakeholders a strong plus
