A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide general administrative, operational, and logistics support. The role involves coordinating with Community and General Practitioner partners and assisting with various initiatives to ensure smooth operation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
You will provide general administrative, operational and logistics support to the department to ensure the smooth and effective running of operations.
You will support the engagement of Community and General Practitioner partners by coordinating and supporting senior management at working level meetings, engagement sessions, forums, focus-group discussion and conferences involving the SingHealth stakeholders across the HQ and site teams. You will assist to develop various tracking and monitoring templates to support the RHS operations function in efficient planning and implementation of population health initiatives.
You will also assist to survey partners/residents/patients on their satisfaction for projects run by RHS and support interns to ensure smooth delivery of RHS programmes as well as collate data for analysis.
