A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Associate responsible for managing calls, faxes, and emails related to medication delivery and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates should possess a GCE N/O/A/NITEC certificate, have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role. A pleasant disposition and initiative are also valued in this position.
You will be responsible for answering and managing calls, faxes and emails from members of the public, patients and internal staff pertaining to medication delivery for order taking, scheduling, coordinates with vendor, general enquiries and billing. You will also provide administrative support for efficient management and smooth operations of Pharmacy service area(s) to provide prompt, efficient and excellent service to customers.
