Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to support the integration of design thinking methodologies across the company and various projects. The role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to uncover challenges, co‑create innovative solutions, and deliver positive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitation and Collaboration: Lead or co‑facilitate design thinking workshops and discussions with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
  • Research and Insights: Gather and analyze user needs and feedback, translating them into actionable insights that guide project strategies.
  • Design and Prototyping: Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and test solutions aimed at enhancing service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of findings, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Advocacy: Act as an advocate for user‑centered design principles and methodologies, promoting their adoption across the organization.
Requirements
  • Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation, Business, or related fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
