Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.) and Arch related Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and model building development in BIM (Revit) according to standards.
• Draft submission cover letters for project development stages.
• Submit drawings and documents to building authorities for necessary approvals.
