Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architectural Coordinator. This role involves supervising construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, planning site activities, and coordinating with subcontractors. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in civil engineering projects. Familiarity with A&A commercial building work and knowledge in BIM/VDC will be advantageous. Singaporean applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers is an advantage.
• Candidates with A&A experience in commercial buildings or shopping malls are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistance Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Engineer.
• Supervises construction works according to project specifications and drawings.
• Plans and coordinates site activities, liaising with subcontractor supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with Safe Work Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistance Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer
• Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the projects specifications and drawings
• Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractorsâ supervisors
• Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years experience in building or civil engineering project
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings
• Candidate with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects are also welcomed
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage
