Job summary

Red Hat seeks a Senior Chief Architect to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) squad within the APAC AI Center of Excellence in Singapore. You will direct technical strategy, influence global open-source foundations, and champion secure, compliant AI platforms for mission-critical deployments.

You will bridge regional needs with global product hubs, mentor senior engineers, and drive community initiatives across APAC while engaging C-level clients in regulated sectors to shape multi-year

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior technology or architectural leadership roles, with extensive domain experience.
• 5+ years working with regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, government).
• Active contributor or maintainer in major open-source communities.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive multi-year strategic roadmaps.
• Experience leading virtual, cross-functional squads across engineering, sales, and consulting.
