Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant to lead AI and OpenShift deployments across ASEAN. You will promote Red Hat solutions, define requirements, and deliver enterprise-grade implementations for key accounts and government partners.

You will guide multi-agent AI solutions, ensure governance and security, and mentor junior consultants while supporting pre-sales with technical proposals and architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory.
• Strong expertise in MLOps, model lifecycle, and governance.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize enterprise Generative AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.
• Leadership in AI, data, and platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift AI platform architecture for AI workloads.
• Deliver workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture reviews with customers.
• Act as trusted advisor to Red Hat and customer teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, proposals, and proofs of concept.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, reference architectures, and open-source engagement.
• Stay current with AI, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and open-source trends.
