Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD is seeking an AI Specialist Solution Architect in Singapore to be the technical center of gravity for GTM strategies around Red Hat AI. You will drive adoption within Singapore’s public sector, enterprise and commercial accounts, bridging business value with technical implementation.

You will design end-to-end AI systems, support PoCs and bake-offs, engage C-level and DevOps teams, and push for production-ready AI and MLOps practices across key accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• 7+ years hands-on ML use case development and MLOps in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of DL architectures and LLM-based design.
• Proficient in Python and end-to-end data science lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end AI systems, including data and ML pipelines.
• Provide deep-technical support for GTM strategies, PoCs, bake-offs, and hackathons.
• Engage stakeholders from C-level to Data Science and DevOps teams.
• Operationalize AI to production-ready environments and best practices.
• Act as a conduit between field, AI BU, and engineering for feedback and testing.
• Lead community outreach through talks, blogs, and open-source participation.
