Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Singapore to design production-grade architecture blueprints, package open-source AI Quickstarts, and collaborate with partners to validate integrations. You will focus on enterprise-scale, secure deployments and end-to-end solutions across APAC.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architectural depth, and autonomous delivery in highly ambiguous environments, with no team management requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including TDD, CI/CD, and Git.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Hands-on Python for ML and systems programming; familiarity with Go/C++.
• Experience with PyTorch and NLP/vision ecosystems.
• Cloud-native deployment with Kubernetes.
• MLOps knowledge of model serving lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade architecture blueprints with enterprise requirements.
• Package repeatable AI Quickstarts for open-source use.
• Collaborate with external teams to validate blueprints and ensure stable integrations.
• Design automated tests, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry for performance metrics.
• Incorporate robust data privacy, secure perimeters, and local hosting considerations.
