Job summary

Red Hat Asia Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Singapore-based team and support the ASEAN region. You will promote adoption of Red Hat solutions at enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners, leading medium to large projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will coach others, act as a trusted advisor, and shape customer architecture decisions by aligning requirements with Red Hat capabilities, while staying current with AI,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps practices, including model training and governance.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
• Experience implementing MCP to integrate LLMs with enterprise apps and data sources.
• Experience developing scalable, governed AI solutions with authentication and observability.
• Experience with model serving, experiment tracking, registries, and feature stores.
• Strong knowledge of GPU infrastructure and AI accelerators.
• Experience integrating AI platforms with cloud-native services across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of Red Hat OpenShift AI platform architecture.
• Deploying and managing AI workloads on OpenShift container platforms.
• Designing and implementing enterprise Agentic AI solutions with multi-agent frameworks.
• Lead workshops that shape architecture decisions and align with Red Hat solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and customer engineers.
• Engage in pre-sales activities including scoping and architecture reviews.
