Job summary

Red Hat’s Singapore AI Center of Excellence seeks an AI/ML Architect to design production-grade Kubernetes-based architectures and lead customer engagements. You will craft scalable blueprints, run workshops, and guide executives on platform maturity and deployment strategies.

You will influence APAC roadmaps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with partner ecosystems to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions in a fast-moving, open-source environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Customer Delivery Experience: Proven track record of leading successful technical consulting, system design, or pre-sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to distill and present complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and document production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies for enterprise requirements.
• Lead technical scoping, discovery, and execution of deep-dive customer workshops and POCs.
• Advise regional engineering teams and executives on AI/ML requirements and strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with external ecosystems to design and validate joint-architecture solutions.
• Channel regional customer feedback into global product roadmaps and align with APAC realities.
• Take full technical ownership of complex enterprise opportunities and advise on multi-year adoption strategies.
