Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in Singapore to design production-grade architecture blueprints and open-source AI quickstarts for APAC customers. You will work within Customer Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and compliant deployments.

The role emphasizes deep technical execution, autonomous problem-solving, and a flat progression based on engineering impact rather than management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Software Engineering Foundations: Clean code, TDD, CI/CD automation, and Git workflows.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English for technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready architecture blueprints with enterprise requirements and security boundaries.
• Package repeatable AI quickstarts and reference codebases for real-world industry problems.
• Collaborate with external engineering teams to validate joint-architecture blueprints and integrations.
• Design automated tests, evaluation harnesses, and system telemetry for performance metrics.
• Incorporate data privacy, secure perimeters, and local hosting considerations for regulated environments.
