Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years in senior technology or architectural leadership roles.
• Five+ years in regulated sectors such as financial services or government.
• Active participation or leadership in major open-source foundations.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads without direct authority.
• Proficiency in distributed inference, MLOps pipelines, and LLM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDE squad orchestration and define the technical strategy for large-scale hybrid cloud AI deployments.
• Coordinate global R&D bridge and community stewardship to contribute back upstream.
• Partner with C-level executives and agencies to align AI adoption with regulations and governance.
• Drive SDLC improvements, CI/CD, and mentor senior engineers within APAC AI CoE.
