Job description

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users
• Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions
• Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
• Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
• Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
• Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry
• Guide junior application engineers on technical matters

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes)
• Experienced with networking
• Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages
• Familiarity with Bash scripting
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus
• Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting
• Must be a Singapore resident
