Job description

Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-ready AI and agent-based systems that solve real business problems. You will work closely with architects, lead engineers, and software teams to turn functional requirements into scalable, secure AI applications across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI workflows combining automation, software, and large language models
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms through APIs and supporting frameworks
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define solution designs and ensure smooth system integration
• Build and refine user interfaces to improve usability and adoption
• Create hybrid architectures spanning frontend, backend, LLMs, prompting, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes
• Manage middleware services such as authentication, authorization, and SSO
• Own production AI services by monitoring KPIs, reliability, and performance
• Apply security standards, risk controls, and fallback strategies for AI systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines, applications, and services for scalability and resilience
• Follow strong engineering practices including modular design, testing, and reproducibility
• Balance governance requirements with project delivery timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience delivering AI‑enabled or software systems, including exposure to agent‑based AI
• Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript/Node.js; working knowledge of SQL
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
• Solid understanding of prompt design and LLM integration patterns
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, gRPC; MCP is a plus)
• Familiarity with identity, access control, and middleware technologies (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
• Proficient with source control and collaborative development workflows
• Exposure to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional technical and business stakeholders
• Experience delivering secure, enterprise‑ready integrations
