Operations Administrative Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operations Administrative Executive to support the Operations team in ensuring smooth and accurate departmental operations. This role offers hands‑on experience in administrative tasks, purchasing, tenant coordination, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing activities
  • Prepare invoices, perform data entry, and submit regular reports
  • Coordinate paperwork related to meter readings, carpark systems, M&E services, and other operational processes
  • Support documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases
  • Assist in tenant correspondences and administrative dealings
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including liaising with authorities on administrative matters
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
