Job Description & Requirements
Responsiblities
1. Website & Listing Management
- Update PropertyGiant website with new listings, photos, videos, floor plans, and property details.
- Ensure all listing information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards. Manage listing updates on external portals (PropertyGuru, 99.co, internal CRM, etc.).
- Upload and maintain agents’ profile pages and marketing materials.
2. Paperwork & Documentation
- Prepare all required paperwork for submission, including: Letter of Intent (LOI), Option to Purchase (OTP), Exclusive agreements HDB/BCA/URA-related forms, Tenancy agreements & handover documents
- Ensure documents are accurately filled, properly signed, and submitted on time. Organise and digitise all documentation for easy retrieval.
3. Operational Support
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and internal schedules.
- Assist with collating project information from developers/partners.
- Maintain internal tracking sheets for listings, leads, and marketing schedules.
- Follow up with solicitors, bankers, and cobroke agents when required.
4. Marketing & Media Coordination
- Support the marketing team with:
- Uploading videos to TikTok/IG/YouTube, preparing captions, thumbnails, and basic edits
- Tracking performance data and audience engagement, Assist with designing simple marketing materials using Canva or templates.
5. General Administrative Duties
- Maintain file organisation and company documentation.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and route messages to the right agents.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc tasks.
