Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for clients.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
• Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
• Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
• Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
• Assist in providing financial management services;
• Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
• Involve in fund accounting services;
• Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects;
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years (for executive) or 3 years (for senior) experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider.
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent;
• Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient.
• Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are highly desired.
