Job summary

A leading executive search firm in Singapore seeks a financial professional to manage full sets of location accounts, prepare consolidated financial statements, and handle tax filings for regional companies. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience from a sizeable CPA firm, preferably with commercial financial experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation policies, and regulations.
• Solid experience in financial reporting for Hong Kong listed companies is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Group CFO & Senior Finance Manager
• Able to handle full sets of location accounts for Singapore, including general ledger, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and month-end closing activities.
• You need to prepare consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Monthly closing for Group companies (Hong Kong, Singapore and Overseas)
• Able to handle tax filings for Group companies (Hong Kong, Singapore and Overseas)
• Cross-Regional Finance Coordination
• You need to participate in finance modeling, accounting and managerial reports, budgeting, cash flow forecast and analysis on financial and business performance
• Formulate financial management policies and accounting procedures
• You need to liaise with financial institutions on treasury and cash flow management matters
• You need to liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit and tax and compliance matters
• Any ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the Group CFO & Senior Finance Manager

Job Requirements

• You must have a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• You must have a minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience gaining from sizeable CPA firm (preferably with commercial financial experience); Regional exposures are a plus
• You must have a good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation policies, listing rules and other related regulations
• You must have a solid experience in the areas of consolidation and financial reporting for Hong Kong listed companies would be an advantage.
• You must have an excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player worked with the management team, independent and self-driven.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
