You will build trusted advisor relationships, translate business objectives into actionable recommendations, and guide the full solution cycle with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
• Solution or enterprise architecture experience.
• Broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
• Business case/value engineering experience to drive compelling points of view.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
• Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate these needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage organisations across industries to understand challenges and goals via discovery sessions/workshops.
• Work with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and goals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology.
• Articulate Salesforce benefits to a wide range of stakeholders from staff to C-level executives.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions addressing business issues and needs.
• Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle with cross-functional resources.
• Industry experience to develop a point of view based on Salesforce solutions.
• Display initiative and deliver high-quality results meeting expectations for customers.
