You will lead the full sales cycle, engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to customer needs, identify business potential, and create a strategic, long-term partnership within your patch in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set (region or vertical) in the SMB space, owning the full sales cycle and delivering against KPIs.
• Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
• Utilize solution selling to address customer needs and identify long-term partnerships.
• Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
• Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
• Develop the account strategy and territory plan for Singapore.
